HISTORY
I talked with Henry Kosciuszko, former boat owner, on June 8, 2008. He was the 2nd owner. Don Cameron was the 1st owner built around 1982-84 as the S-74 Island Girl. Jim Lucero-designed the boat, Bill Muncey's crew chief. Mike Hansen- built the boat, former Oboy Oberto driver. Don owned it for a couple of years before selling it to Henry. He then sold it to Jim Miller-the first to drop in a 2300 cc motor. Jim is Mark Weber's cousin. When Henry owned it in 1985, it was known as the S-32 Bad Habit. Yellow and gold in color. Hank claims his 2000 cc motor weighed 285 lbs while the boat weighed 500 lbs totaling 825 lbs. Carter Parish of Marine Technologies made the skid fin. Came with a 16" rudder, 4" strut, then later added 3" Balcer shoes. Adding to the list of owners is the Beth & Kevin Gilday, Dennis Johnson, and myself (Tom Bergman).
